Headquarters Offices and Staff Houses

In the year 2011 the Council started construction of phase one 4 Staff houses (two in one) and one single house (single family) at District Headquarters (Ingri Juu) worth Tsh 429,310,100. In the 2013  second phase started with construction of 3 staff houses (single family) worth 276,274,250 which completed in 2014 and made total number of 8 staff houses worth 705,584,350 .These houses have capacity to  accommodate 11 Head of Departments and Council Executive Director.

SUCCESS:

• Reduction in administration cost in terms of no longer  paying house rent of Tsh. 2,934,000 per month  and transportation cost.
• Reduction of Tsh. 7,200,000 per month as accommodation allowance to 12 HODs and Units.
• Increased efficiency and effectiveness in social, economic and political service delivery to the community
